This 1976 film “C’était un rendez-vous” by Claude Lelouch showing an eight minute high speed drive through the streets of Paris has gained cult status among auto enthusiasts. For many years rumor had it that Leloch filmed it from a Ferrari 275 GTB driven by a professional F1 driver. Earlier this year Leloch revealed that in fact it had been filmed using his own 6.9L Mercedes sedan with himself at the wheel.
